Yes, Gobekli Tepe is older than Egypt or Jericho.
Though I doubt Jericho's 15000 years old. It was founded in the Bronze Age after the asteroid hit/low-alt airburst which pulverized Sodom and Gamorrah, or Tall el-Hammam, across the Jordan River Valley from where Jericho is now, and fucked the Dead Sea area up for a bit. They've even found charred and fragmented human remains in the excavations, along with stishovite, which only forms in impact craters/impactor debris fields, or nuke blasts.
