@Marduk @Bacle @Lord Sovereign @strunkenwhite managed Democracy needs your aid, go ree on Twatter or something against this disgusting discrimination and anti-Ukraine, anti-Zelenski act, Слава Украина!!!!!!!!!

I heard on Discord that it allegedly affects Poles, too.

I am not gonna try to create a PSN account unless it becomes absolutely necessary, and even then it is a coin toss between me doing that and requesting a refund.

But if it affects me too. then this is fucking discrimination against Eastern Europeans and/or Slavs.

This can not be tolerated!

Perhaps Japan wants us to denazify and culturally enrich it!!! 😎

It effects like more then sixty countries who have no PSN access or require government ID's or whatever. Saying it's targeting Ukraine specifically is kinda retard level analysis.

I'm sorry, what the fuck makes you think I give a shit about this game?

Oh wait, this is just your little vatnik ass trying to play stupid games with people who aren't Russia-simping monsters like you, and trying to drag it into another thread.

So.
For those that didn't know.
Person in charge at AH let it be known that they have known about this issue for 6 months.
And was supposed to be implemented from day one.

And that it is both them and Somy doing it and they claim it is to help the banning of people.

That was from a community manager

Looks like the original FAQ didn't say anything about the PSN account being mandatory, uh-oh.
I think we have standing to demand refunds here, guys.

More confirmation that the CEO of the stupid swedish cuck company knew as Zach said.

HD2 no longer available in non-PSN countries.

EULA change, the CEO conveniently "forgetting" to tell us this would be mandatory. methinks...something, something, proof of malicious intent and fraudulent advertising/other lawyer speak for Soyny and AnusHead fucking us all up intentionally or due to incompetence.

A plea of innocence is guilty of wasting my time.

In related news, the game is now 'Overwhelmingly Negative' on Steam with close to 390 000 negative reviews!

I wanna see the negative ones at OVER 400K soon!

those videos kinda say differnet and according to this furry here Steam is disregarding its 2 weeks/100 hours policy:

Also, here is that trap CapX likes covering the situation:

How to refund even if you pass the standard grace periods:

lawyer covers the situation, keywords "fraudulent" and "deceptive business practice":

I've been looking at the Steam reviews... This is pretty much a game-killer.

Sony's greed has basically put a bullet in not only this game's brain, but also has likely taken the studio behind it out to pasture, too.

. . .

Well folks, it appears the impossible happened:

The Gamers won, Sony appears to have caved.

Victory is sweet, but we must remain vigilant.

That aside, some gormless exec is probably having to come up with the best explanation of their lives for their terrible decision making. The public backlash, the sheer lunacy of it all and impending legal issues were as like too much for them to handle.
