It’s important to note at this point the left and it’s allies have become utterly convinced not only of victory, but of their own unquestioned moral superiority(false as it is).
They aren’t trying to convince conservatives or people who voted for or plan on voting for trump about their good intent, they see at least forty percent of the country as die hard NAZIs who are “on the wrong side of history” and also “evil”. So why bother convincing them?
The aim is to convince the portion of the public in the middle that can be swayed to their side. The moderates and independents and swing voters. Suburban moms and middle class lawyers in Virginia.
People who are not devotedly loyal to trump or the Republican Party but are not on the left either, but who can be swayed to give one side a decisive advantage.
I’d say the far left consists of anywhere from 10-20% of the population, perhaps less. Though they do buffer their numbers with gullible liberals and fellow travelers. The moderate is anywhere from forty to sixty percent of the population. And the committed right-anywhere from 30% to 45% or so.
The moms and veterans and what not are information warfare props designed for the middle category. They know their not fooling die hard trump supporters or right wingers. They aren’t trying. If your a conservative now-your basically the same as the Nazis or KKK, EVUL, in their eyes. So why waste the time? Except occasional moral condemnations(which is what we get-vote for trump your this and that).
With that in mind, our side should patiently continue to share the truth. Show the videos, expose media duplicity and inform the public about what Antifa and BLM really are. We’re never going to convince the hard left or the additional 10-20% gullible liberals who believe in their bullshit, but we should work to convince the mass of the population.
