Ok, the premise here is simple, ROB has just had a rewatch of the movie The Final Countdown, and once again he thinks you can do better.
So, he has given you the ability to take any random ship, fleet or taskforce from any space franchise and throw that fleet, ship or task force back into that particular universe's past.

Grab Thrawn's fleet from Bilbringi and dump them right next to the DS II just before the start of the Battle of Yavin?
Go for it!
Dump the Andromeda Ascendant from just after the last battle with the Magog Worldship in orbit around Tarn Vedra 2 months before the start of the Nietzschean rebellion - great!
Take the Federation-Klingon Fleet from "A call to arms" and send it back to ENT Era Earth, sure.

TBH most will fall to chaos or get into a fight with the strange, backwards, extremely xenophobic and zealous religious fanatics they meet IMHO.

More like near-Culture level IIRC, since they had much more advanced A.I. manufacturing tech and working teleportation.
At least that was the assumption of a lot of people when the subject came up.
Don't forget that the damaged, misunderstood pieces of their tech can kill planets when they are in the hands of the Mechanicus.

Not quite, Robotech is three separate animes cut into a single narrative that stretches over about 35 years or so, a lot of the first story is the original macross edited somewhat but a lot of the story is the same just changed where needed.

The vessel was discovered by the Mechanicum by accident at the Forge World of Palomar. After extensive explorations, it was revealed the vessel was incomplete. Lexell Kotov led the effort to complete the vessel. When activated, the vessels machine spirit unleashed a birth scream that saw the entire world of Palomar destroyed in a radioactive hellstorm. Its Machine Spirit became a gestalt entity, absorbing the many machines that made up its new structure. Complete with a deposit of knowledge from the Dark Age of Technology, the Speranza was equipped with radical weaponry which included temporal and black hole manipulation.

All that is IMHO way above Star Wars weapons capabilities.

Anyways, for the Lulz I will just send any random Necron Fleet from the 41K Era back to when their little spat with the old ones started.

And while we are at it, I am sending whichever Drukari rading party is largest back to the height of the Aldari empire, let us say 100 years before the whole Slaanesh being born debacle.

Considering the state of their society so close to the fall, I doubt it.
More like they will go nuts trying to find a way to keep their perverted lifestyle and prevent Slaanesh from nomming their souls.
To the point where they might start worshiping the other Chaos Gods to counterbalance the adverse effects.
IIRC it was either Lorgar or Erebus, or one of the other Word Bearers that was explaining how the Hedonist Space Elves couldn't create a proper relationship with their Chaos God and that is why everything went to hell.

That said, the Knife Ears do have an apparent ability to forge their own Warp Gods, which prevented the influence of the other ones, maybe they can leech off power from the still-forming Slaanesh by making extra Warp Gods, it will probably be easiest to just "split" Slaanesh's functions into several entities, with one being the God of Artistry, the other of obsession and the third of Kinky crap.
Maybe they can have a Warp God for every weirdo fetish.

As to the Necrons, well, it is implied a number of their higher ups still retain a large measure of individuality, and they hate the Old Ones and their creations, so I am pretty sure that they will get a kick out of aiding their former selves.
