Reminder the ADL was originally founded to defend a child rapist just because he was Jewish.
Do you mean this case?
It was child murder, not rape, and seems like the weight of evidence shows the guy wasn't guilty of the crime, but was framed for it by the actual murderer. Nevertheless the guy was lynched two years after his sentence was commuted based on new evidence.

What evidence was it that the guy was framed? From a quick skim it looks like the guy helped the janitor.

The only evidence against him was the guy who claimed he helped dispose of the body. His story did not match the physical evidence, which implicated the janitor instead (link is to the section where he was commuted and it describes the evidence that exhonerated him):

For starters, remember that Wikipedia has become hilariously biased. For another, the ADL has been working on this guy for literally 100 years. Given the popular narrative among many "famous" Hate Crimes like George Floyd, Trayvon Martin, Jacob Blake, Rodney King and the Tulsa Race Riots and how complex issues have been reduced into "innocent victims and evil people" look back on the article and realize he was never absolved only pardoned.

I straight up don't trust any of it anymore.

His sentence was commuted, not pardoned, because the Gov of the state thought he'd shortly prove his own innocence.

Said gov did not expect the dude to be kidnapped from prison by an organized group and lynched, or he probably would have straight up pardoned him.

I was actually talking about the after the fact pardon, not the commuting. He had his sentence commuted in 1913 but the pardon only came about in the 1980's.

I understand where you're coming from, but be careful about reading history backwards. Just because an organization has been corrupted doesn't mean it was always that way. The ACLU is a good example.
In the case of the ADL in 1933 they shifted their approach and went from responsive to aggressive in their behavior and coordinated with other Jewish groups nationally in response to the rise of Hitler and rising anti-semitism in the wake of the Great Depression and radicalization of people in the US. The entire country was radicalized by the fallout of the Depression.

Leaks show Amazon's working on a new app for their employees to use for communicating. It automatically censors certain words Amazon doesn't like and flags that employee for managerial attention. Words like "Living Wage," "Grievance," "Slave Labor," and... "Restroom."

Also, I'm a bit appalled that their plan to reward employees for significantly adding to the companies value by giving them virtual stars in a text message. Criminitly, at least my Kindergarten teacher gave me an actual gold foil star when I did well. Guess that was too costly for Amazon.

Amazon loves diversity because it destroys the drive for Unions. They also know that by focusing on it they can ensure that any attempt at a Union will be hijacked by some colored hair weird with pronouns on twitter bio who is more interested in addressing racist language than actual union issues.

The focus on race has been a tool to divide those of similar economic class. Keep the poors divided and hating each other and you can run the shitshow any way you want.

that trick only works for so long, and then it stops working and it really fucking stops working.

Seems like it keeps working in the US for hundreds of years. If national hatreds in Europe are a stand in for racism that has been going on forever too. Same with tribal hatreds around the world.

Wells Fargo always be Having Problems with Employees Pursuing Hard to Reach Quotas Apparently...

New York Post said:
Wells Fargo staged sham job interviews with minority candidates for positions that had already been promised to others, according to a former executive at the bank who claims he was fired after complaining about it to his bosses.

Joe Bruno, who was an executive in the wealth management division at Wells Fargo’s corporate offices in Jacksonville, Florida, told The New York Times that he was dismissed last summer as part of management’s retaliation for flagging the issue.

Bruno said that he told his superiors that the “fake interviews” were “inappropriate, morally wrong, ethically wrong,” according to the Times.

The Times cited Bruno and seven current and former bank employees who claimed they were told by their bosses to interview a set of “diverse” candidates even though they had no realistic chance of landing the job.

The sham interviews were instead designed to make the bank appear as if it were striving to diversify its workforce so that it wouldn’t land in hot water with government regulators, according to the Times.

Diversity is supposed to be this sort of thing that you strive for but never actually manage to attain (unless it involves Asians, Jews, and/or Wakandans) ... sort of like martyrdom, if you're actually smart and sane, that is! :D

Ironic that Jim Crow-era white Southerners would believe the word of a black man over the word of a white Jew.

Does the ADL count as a corporation? Eh, close enough to woke marketing.

The ADL has just changed their definition of "Racism" so that only white people can be racist. They've also got some specific paragraphs in there to allow themselves to define Asians as White because of course they do.

As Tucker Carlson also pointed out, the ADL also loves to talk about the Great Replacement for Israel but not for the US:

Personally, I wouldn't mind it if Israel was flooded with hardworking Slavs, Thais, and Filipinos, though! ;)
