I think that is a the one; the one Kelly et al. filed. It'll be interesting to see how the cases go.

Trump was right he when said big things will be happening this week yesterday.

It looks like the Kelly et al. PA case was already tossed; not a great sign. We'll need to see what happens with the Texas lawsuit; that could undue the PA toss out if it rules the mail-in stuff was unConstitutional.

Hmm, maybe they did that because of the Texas case?

That's not what the Prelim statement in the Election thread said. However, it may be that they are unwilling to undue the certification of the votes without first having thrown out the results due to the unConstitutional process case Texas is bringing decided first.
