For once, no. First, because of ChiComs silencing stuff, people already got thru. Second, they aren't in charge of whether the border should be closed or not. Third, the FDA stopped them from getting working tests.

The payroll tax isn't a great idea. It helps in proportion to how they were paid, and doesn't help people who missed hours. A better idea is a means tested UBI.
