But... it's a Catholic Monarchy, where the king rules by Divine Right!
Are you implying that people would actually... rebel... against the decrees of their king?
How can you even think of such a thing?
Silly joking aside, yes, @The Name of Love, you do come across at times as talking as...
They are not attacking the same form of it.
The Left is happy to demand equality when it means themselves getting more than they already have. But the moment it would mean giving up some of what they have, for the benefit of others, then equality is denounced as something bad.
It leads too easily to a lowest-common-denominator mindset. If everyone is supposed to be equal, then what do you do about the fact that in real life, some people work harder, or are more intelligent, or more creative, or more empathetic, and so on?

Aggressive judgementalism - dismissing anyone who argues against them as evil.
Double standards - demanding that others follow a standard that they don't apply to themselves. Calling me a "child of...
Well, you don't say...
Seeing you cite the behaviour of the secularist elite as a precedent for what you want has helped crystalize something I've long pondered: how it is that politically, on my personal radar Roman Catholics "ping" as Leftists, despite their goals being superficially...
