He literally did. His lawsuits actually made it up to the supreme court he tried so long and hard.

He took his fight to the US Supreme Court, Yes (and quite rightly so since the margin was several hundred votes and there was still an opportunity to do a better count--albeit with this better count not being what the Florida Supreme Court actually did; SCOTUS was much more spot-on here, though), but afterwards, he never tried throwing out electoral votes or anything like that. Nor did his supporters threaten violence against those who refused to do his bidding, like Trump's supporters did when they chanted "Hang Mike Pence!"

'Troubling clue' emerges about Biden's 'secret' election-takeover plan

One very "troubling clue" has emerged from Joe Biden's little-publicized executive order requiring every department of the federal government to actively promote "voting rights": Activists advising the Biden administration on implementing the scheme include representatives of the ACLU, the Campaign Legal Center, Demos, the Southern Poverty Law Center, Black Lives Matter, the Leadership Conference of Civil Rights and others, all of which are far-left to extreme-left organizations.

According to a commentary from Chief Political Correspondent Byron York in the Washington Examiner, that's about the only detail that has been made available to the American public, who will be voting in the midterm elections in just weeks.

That "troubling clue," as York described it, "would not reassure anyone hoping that the Justice Department is working in a scrupulously nonpartisan way. But, of course, we don't really know what the department is doing because the administration is keeping it a secret."

York explained that it all comes from Biden's March 2021 executive order "promoting voting rights" and mandating an "all of government" scheme, meaning every federal bureau, agency and office would be involved.

Although Biden claimed it was to increase voter registration, York pointed out that it focused on "groups that have historically been part of the Democratic coalition."

The evidence was in Biden's own words: "Black voters and other voters of color have faced discriminatory policies and other obstacles that disproportionately affect their communities," said Biden. "These voters remain more likely to face long lines at the polls and are disproportionately burdened by voter identification laws and limited opportunities to vote by mail."

All this, said York, was simple leftwing "boilerplate," as Democrats, despite data proving it to be a myth, still claim Republican "voter suppression" at every turn.

Biden's executive order followed the failure in Congress of two measures, each designed to give the federal government control of America's elections, which constitutionally fall to each of the states.

Biden's executive order was purposely vague, filled with "platitudes," according to York. But what would it actually do? wondered Republicans suspicious of Democrats in general and Biden specifically.

Biden's direction was for the heads of all agencies to send the White House their "strategic plan" to help with elections.
And, York reported, that's just about where the information stops.

The Foundation for Government Accountability sent a Freedom of Information Act request to the Justice Department asking for documents showing how the department is complying with Biden's order, but there was no response. Not a single document.

Then in court, the DOJ said it would not release any "plan" information.
None.

Eventually 15 pages of information were identified as responsive, and they were turned over, but blacked out.

Emails were turned over. Blacked out.

An "agenda" was provided. Blacked out.

"Remember that the main concern of the Foundation for Government Accountability is that the Biden administration is using the power of the federal government for partisan political purposes to influence elections. There are also fears that the administration might be taking on a federal role in elections that the Constitution leaves to the states," York noted.

"The American people deserve to know if the Biden administration's unprecedented action is fair and non-partisan, or if it is designed to help one political party over the other," Tarren Bragdon, head of the foundation, said in a statement. "Why are they ignoring public record requests for strategic plans on federal voter registration efforts? Why are they treating these documents like they are classified information dealing with nuclear weapons? Midterms are approaching, and the DOJ's failure to disclose information raises troubling issues. They need to reveal these public documents to keep our elections fair."

Taking this with a grain of salt. If it is true, I have every intention of still voting and doing what I can. Even if the Deep State can cheat their way to victory, I will not make it any easier for them.

If the situation was hopeless their propaganda would be unnecessary.

Look at Steve Bannon, his situation is getting very serious, the whole apparatus is coming after him yet he is fighting like a lion with his latest remarks.

Never lose hope. Never Surrender.

Fetterman is like the distillation of an internet/keyboard warrior. He has the shitposting and memes down and can troll people on social media, but literally cannot engage in any sort of substantial exchange of ideas beyond the length of a Tweet.

He also lives off of his parents money, never worked a day in his life and his career of pointless virtue signalling has made him a media darling.

Mehmet Oz might be a terrible Senator candidate, but Fetterman is far, far, far worse.

Imagine thinking you can be a Senator and yet are deathly afraid of debating Mehmet Oz in a Senate Debate.... FFS.

Then there's the actual health issues. Maybe you can explain away Biden's mannerisms on being old and stuttering but Fetterman is like a hundred years younger and sounds far worse then Biden.

Daily Wire said:
“Since returning to the campaign trail, Mr. Fetterman has been halting in his performances,” the Editorial Board wrote. “He stammers, appears confused and keeps his remarks short. He’s held no news conferences. Mr. Fetterman acknowledges his difficulties with auditory processing, which make it hard for him to respond quickly to what he’s hearing. He receives speech therapy — and we wish him a speedy, full recovery — but the lingering, unanswered questions about his health, underscored by his hesitation to debate, are unsettling.”

“The Fetterman campaign squandered credibility by concealing from the public for two days after his stroke that he had been hospitalized,” they op-ed continued. “It waited weeks longer to reveal a more complete picture of his medical history, including that he had been diagnosed in 2017 with cardiomyopathy. Mr. Fetterman had a pacemaker with a defibrillator implanted after the stroke. The campaign’s response to questions about Mr. Fetterman’s health is to point to a doctor’s note, released more than 14 weeks ago, which said ‘he should be able to campaign and serve in the U.S. Senate without a problem’ if he takes his medications and exercises.”

The dude is basically going to be a Social Media puppet if he's elected to Senate, the perfect Democratic politician I suppose.

Pennsylvania Democrats deep down, would've been better off with US Rep. Connor Lamb (D-PA) as their nominee for the United States Senate

US Senate races I am watching closely:
1.) Pennsylvania; 2.) Georgia; 3.) Wisconsin; 4.) New Hampshire; 5.) Colorado; 6.) Nevada; 7.) Arizona
What about Ohio and North Carolina? They're a lot closer than Colorado. Open seats and all that.

Personally, I'm very interested to see the results in Alaska. Everyone, including me, expects the new RCV/IRV method to help her, but we haven't seen it till we've seen it.

I guess I can put out my own list. I am not bothering to keep a particularly close eye on New Hampshire or North Carolina even though they are quite close; I'm content to just assume they go Democratic and Republican respectively and be surprised if that turns out not to be the case. Colorado seems more firmly Democratic though I suppose it's not really out of reach for an upset.

1. Pennsylvania: If Fetterman loses it will be more to his own failing body than to Oz. I expect the debate to indicate how that battle is going.
2. Georgia: This one is also very interesting. And another debate to watch. In a different race, Abrams doesn't seem to be living up to the hype in her rematch.
3. Wisconsin: my understanding is that Ron Johnson is the only statewide-elected Republican still standing. Can he beat the trendline?
4. Ohio: Ryan is presenting himself as a conservative Democrat, to some apparent success so far. But is it enough to win in a red state?
5. Nevada: I hear both state parties are in disarray. Who's in worse shape?
6. Arizona: Things look fairly good for Kelly so far.
7. Alaska: as mentioned.
