one day and through some kind of incident (be it that your DNA has been stolen by a higher being or random magical occurrence) you find an opposite gender version of yourself in your room who is just as confused as you are. It's just you. Everything about you is the same, everything, except for gender. Your looks would be more masculine/feminine, genitalia would be swapped, and general features swapped to suit the opposite gender. But personality, interests and the like all stay the same.

Even if it counts as inbreeding one generation is, in the overwhelming majority of cases, harmless, especially when the previous generation was from genetically diverse stock with long histories of genetic health on both sides, which is the case with me.
