Biden DOJ Orders States Not To Conduct Arizona-Style Forensic Audits Of 2020 Election, Threatens Prison Time

In a document the Biden regime Department of Justice is calling “guidance“, the agency repeats the often-mocked declaration that “The November 3rd election was the most secure in American history” and chastises supporters of election integrity for demanding “an unusual second round of examinations” in states with reports of widespread voter fraud. The agency then suggests these audits could violate the Civil Rights Act of 1960.
“There are federal or criminal penalties attached,” the Department of Justice asserts. They claim that those who arrange forensic audits of the 2020 election “can face fines of up to $1,000 and imprisonment of up to one year for each violation.” Then, their intimidating document suggests that these audits represent “intimidation”.

“The Attorney General is authorized to file a civil action seeking preventative relief” against those who organize election audits, the “guidance” explains. “Judicial decisions have established that voter intimidation need not involve physical threats,” the “guidance” continues. Arizona Rep. Mark Finchem, who is now running for Arizona Secretary of State to replace radical left wing Katie Hobbs, recently warned Biden administration Attorney General Merrick Garland against sending enforcers to the state of Arizona. “I got news for Merrick Garland, there’s this little thing called the Constitution,” said Finchem. “Article I, section IV, the times places and manner of holding election for senators and representatives… it is the legislature that has responsibility for nominating and naming the electors for President.”
Finchem added, “I would advise Merrick Garland and his team of thugs that now occupy the Department of Justice: Tread very lightly. Our attorney general, I spoke with their representative this morning, I’m not going to put him on the hook for anything, but you’re going to walk into a very surprising reception if you try to do anything in this state that interferes with legislative authority in handling our elections. Hard stop.”
After the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors refused to cooperate with the latest round of subpoenas that would allow the Arizona Audit to finally be completed, Arizona Sen. Wendy Rogers suggested the officials be arrested and held in solitary confinement. “I vote to arrest. Arrest and put them in solitary,” she continued, further wondering if there were enough “solitary confinement cells available in Arizona,” wrote Rogers. “We are going to need the lot.”

Ignoring the lack of authority for the executive branch alone to do such, even via Congress the program boils down to seizure of private property to be put to the government's preferred usage in blatant violation of law--particularly as the supposed relief offered to property owners has been insufficient and delayed.

But I'm sure BlackRock and other big corporate agencies (or CCP shills) buying up land will appreciate it.

Funnily enough, that whole Blackrock thing is taken heavily out of context.
Youtuber Actual Jistice Warrior has multiple videos on it.

Threatening to arrest people auditing the election...

There's a sign of a healthy democracy.

If anyone still thinks no fraud happened during the election there is no hope for them and they own the "useful idiot" spot.
The DOJ does have a point.

Continuing to pester the people who ran the election after it's over an done with, the votes are counted, and the results certified is a form of intimidation because the ones doing so are basically implying that no result other than their desired one will be accepted as legitimate.

Not really.
They are spouting the most secure election, and when anything goes against that they don't want to make it known they won fair and square in a fair election.

Also, the federal government has no say on how states run elections within the bounds of the constitution

They do not have a point.

They have obstructed and threatened the audits every step of the way.

They still are refusing to let the auditors see the computer stuff even though they have been ordered to several times.

There isn't a thing wrong with checking that the election was legit and didn't have fraud. And one side is doing everything they can to make sure they can't.

And if you think it's intimidation to check and see if the reported results match the actual results then surely you think it's intimidation to threaten them with up to a year of prison time if they dare to question the most secure election result in history.

The more they resist, the more I want to see. They themselves should welcome a transparent investigation to the results of the election unless they are uncertain of the outcome or have something to hide. The whole election process should be observavble by the citizenry and these auditors have court orders that our government officials are not complying with. Makes me think they are a collection of skeezy clowns more than ever.

The reason they didn't push for audits for the 2016 is because they would have shown massive fraud on the democrat side and that Trump won even more.

They knew they had cheated they just didn't cheat enough to beat Trump.

That's why in 2020 all those swing state cities paused counting till the rest of the state finished counting. So they would know how many mail in ballots they would need to print out and drop off at 3 in the morning to beat him.

Haha, the people touting that it was "the most secure election in US history" and that "Biden is the most popular President ever" are desperately threatening and utterly sweating about the audits into how they 'won'.

Biden is El Presidente of the Banana Republic of America, not the President of the United States of America.

So election audits are inherently without merit? Is that what you're saying?

Oh and threatening to arrest people who just want to run audits isn't intimidation?

You would think some Democrats would welcome the Audit just so they can tout how secure the election was and laugh at the other side for wasting time and money on a fools quest. However they keep acting like their is something to hide.

I doubt Arizona will ever use Dominion machines again neither will other states.

Since Congress wouldn't act on it, President Joe Biden had the Center for Disease Control extend the 15 month long moratorium on rental evictions to be extended another sixty days.

So government agencies like the CDC can just circumvent the legislature and Supreme Court now.

This is actual tyranny.

The enforcement of this is pretty much the seizing of property, from the landlords. Even if temporary. They're circumventing the congress and supreme court to seize property from owners and redistribute it to others.

How's it feel to live in tyrannical fascist state?

When the power of the SC is no longer respected, and the law of the constitution is no longer followed, we no longer have a free nation, but a dictatorship.
