I guess Biden decided not to fight the Judge's order that Remain in Mexico couldn't just be cancelled.
Biden has managed to piss off the courts quite a bit as of late if he goes too far they can really make his life hell.
It's more like Trump appointed so many conservative judges that Biden had no hope of winning even if he tried to over it.

We thought that Trump was all smoke and fluster, but it turns out, the man is more competent that we thought.

Left Joe "kiddie sniffer" Biden a nasty surprise.

So we should not expect a ruling till spring it seems. However, from what Thomas was saying, and the line of questioning he undertook...I give this even odds of overturning Roe V Wade.

Of course that could backfire, as we are going into the the midterms this coming year, and an overturned Roe V Wade could see the threat of SCOTUS packing made good, and enrage the Left enough to hamper the theorized 'Red Wave' many expect via giving them a cause to rally around.

Because if SCOTUS does overturn Roe V Wade, expect the Dems to decide they will shove the same laws through Congress, or just decide to ignore SCOTUS fully, like they did with the eviction moratorium.
Something else to consider.

The Court overturning Roe v Wade would be the biggest "fuck you" to the Never!Trump faction of "Republicans" that could happen. Because it would show that Trump managed to do something no single other Republican president has managed to do. Now, granted, it HAS been a long term project, and George HW Bush will share considerable amount of the credit as it is his judicial appointment of Justice Clarence Thomas (and, remember, Thomas was put through as much bullshit as Kavanaugh, and like Trump, HW didn't pull his support for Thomas despite those attacks, so he does deserve those props) is the intellectual and moral rock of the Conservative wing of the Court. W Bush will also share some of the credit as Alito has proven to be a pretty solid Conservative too, but without Trump's Three and Justice Thomas there would be no way this would he happening.

If it is overturned, it WILL be because of Trump's three judicial appointments. No amount of handwringing over "mean tweets" or being "unpresidential" will be able to change that. Overturning Roe v Wade would arguably completely justify the "deal with the devil" the Social Conservatives made with Trump, and be a major blow against those who said that Trump wasn't worth the price. Overturning Roe has been one of the core Republican missions since, well, since it was decided and nobody could claim we'd be in this position if Clinton had been President... and it would be arguable given a more milktoast President other than Trump who might have blanched at fighting the fights he did for the Supreme Court.

Seriously... you have no clue how much of a body blow Roe being overturned does to the "proper conservative social con" branch of the NeverTrumpers... it basically discredits then entirely.

honestly I used to feel a lot of sympathy for the pro choice crowd.

Then they tried to take away my second amendment rights, then they tried to take away my right to due process, then they tried to take away my right to free speech. I will never in my entire life need to have an abortion, there are like dozens of birthcontrol methods for women, and the morning after pill if they fuck that up. But the right to due process, self defense, and free speech? These are absolutely vital rights to me.

Honestly they made me choose between their right to abortion which doesn't impact my life at all and all of the rights I need to basically continue you know living. So fuck em.

I suggest we send the pro-choice crowd to Russia.

There, abortion is the first choice.

Lets see how long they survive in Putin's Russia.

(Unironically, they also the first to start reeeing when Putin does something they see as "wrong".)

Maybe with the abortion-at-will madness gone, these women will spend less time on being irresponsible sluts. I know, I know, pigs will sooner learn to fly, but before that, Roe vs Wade must fall first.

12 Types of Birth Control. birth control, IUD, STD, Ortho-Novum, Ortho Evra, NuvaRing, Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo, Yasmin, Ovrette, Seasonale, Seasonique, Milex Wide Seal, Ortho All-Fl.

and if you fuck that up there is the morning after pill.

and if your still worried this is what they typically look like.

I have a feeling these women will have no problems avoiding an unwanted pregnancy, and I give them a good chance of avoiding a wanted one too.

You'd be surprised... I mean, wasn't there a reverse harem that was held up as some kind of a model "family" by the lefties? And then one of the soyboys abused the kid? She was hardly a looker either, but there are plenty of guys either into the larger ladies, or who are just happy to get any kind of attention from any kind of a woman.

in general a lot of problems in western civilization are because men have so little self respect these days.

"The Sixth Circuit Court has denied the federal government’s motion to transfer the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) vaccine-or-test requirement lawsuit to a different court, while also rejecting the White House’s bid to dissolve a stay on the mandate, delivering a blow to the Biden administration’s efforts to press ahead with implementation."

Used too you knew you could get Fake News from the National Enquirer and it's ilk. Nowadays they report facts.....
The National Enquirer has always reported the facts. The facts, however, usually come from the paparazzi or even less reliable sources and their readers aren't really all that concerned with the accuracy of the article because when you're reading that it's "pass the popcorn" while enjoying a good laugh.

When they do have an article with reliable and trustworthy sources the National Enquirer is just as good as, if not better than, standards of journalistic integrity like the Financial Times and Wall Street Journal.

It is the enthusiasm of the pro abortion crowd in social media who terrify and disgust me how they're going to kill the baby they got impregnated with.

They get off on your disgust, they crave your hate as it validates them. They love that people are powerless to stop them from doing it. Though, don’t be too afraid. The tide is turning on people like them and abortion in general.

Mexican nationals accused of kidnapping 9, murdering 6, including 3 U.S. citizens

Six Mexican nationals are accused of kidnapping nine people and murdering six of them, including three U.S. citizens, authorities said Tuesday.

The group, based in Tijuana, Mexico, was in the custody of Mexican authorities and faces charges there, the U.S. Attorney's Office for Central California said in a news release.

It wasn’t immediately clear where they are being held or what they are accused of in Mexico.

A spokesman for the federal prosecutor’s office in California declined to say whether they will be brought to the U.S.

The group is accused in the U.S. of operating a kidnapping gang for four months last year that often lured victims to meetings under false pretenses, then held them at gunpoint and brutally beat them, the release said.

After victims were assaulted, the group called relatives and demanded money or cars in exchange for their release. Victims were killed if the ransom wasn’t paid, the release said.

The group is also accused of killing victims despite receiving a ransom payment to protect the alleged "conspiracy," authorities said.

A federal grand jury indicted the group on charges of conspiracy to commit hostage taking resulting in death, conspiracy to commit extortion and other crimes.

In one case, after a U.S. citizen from Southern California was alleged to have been kidnapped as he was visiting a relative in Tijuana on April 11, the gang demanded $25,000 for his release, the release said.

After his mother offered $1,000 and her son's car, the group murdered him, authorities allege. His body was found in Mexico the next day, according to the release.

None of the victims were identified.

In another case in April, a Pasadena woman told authorities that the group demanded $20,000 in exchange for the release of a relative. Mexican authorities found the victim alive at a Tijuana hotel. It was unclear whether the ransom was paid.

Authorities identified the man they say is the gang's ringleader as German Garcia Yera Hernandez, 37.

The others who were indicted are Gilberto Omar Avila Lopez, 27; Aylin Estrada Reyes, 24; Joel Eduardo Mascorro Delgado, 22; Victoria Camila Espinoza Ballardo, 22; and Oscar Bautista Valencia, 30.

Biden, or I should say his handlers, WANT a conflict so they can distract us from what they are doing HERE.

Contact every politician you can and ask/tell them to lean on the federal reps to specifically push against US intervention in Ukraine. I got no problem selling them weapons, but we shouldn't fight FOR them against Russia. There's nothing in it for the US.
