Biden is bought and owed by China, along with most of the Dems and some of the GOP.
The EO, like the weapons sales to Taiwan are for show and to get money to military suppliers, is not actually about protecting us from China or punishing them for attacks on us.

From what I have gathered dfrom others. Plenty of Dems and GOP hate China. They just put that hate aside for Trump to lose.
The military is already switching to fight such a nation.
The problem with trying to apease China is that china has a whole host of bullets about to fuck their country and are trying to deal with it by pissing off the international community and causing a nationalist backlash in return. If the democrats try to apease them the chinese will fuck with the dems and publically make them look weak.
How many times can they allow that to happen? Be honest with your self how many times can a governing party allow themselves to publically humilate them selves?
Only so far.
And the Administration will see the chance to get revenge the second China tries something.

The ongoing situation with Israel in Gaza is utterly disgusting and the whole discourse by the Biden Team-while in line with past administrations-shows how morally bankrupt and evil our foreign policy/political establishment is. Israel deserves to be sanctioned as well as lose all foreign aid, especially U.S. military funding.

I suspect moving too quickly would do more harm than good, or at least more harm than necessary. I'd support showing Israel real consequences with promises of more to come until either they fold or the USA reaches your desired position.

Yeah, we're already at dozens killed in East Jerusalem, allegations of White Phosphorus being used on Civilians by the IDF, and outright ethnic cleansing by Israeli authorities. It's already pretty fucking bad, chief.

I know it's bad, but it's not "sudden regional destabilization" bad. Although ... the white phosphorous is news I hadn't heard. And a quick search later ... holy shit. Well, the last time they pulled that shit out on a large scale it looks like the lie collapsed in very short order, and we're even more firmly in the age of cell phones and constant recording now, so I expect a lot of evidence to surface pretty quickly if it was done on a large scale.
Israel is likely using WP for smoke screens, as they have done before.

I mean, I thought they said they were going to phase it out eight years ago. I don't think they're reenacting Spec Ops: The Line, but if they're using it indiscriminately in and around civilian groups in close proximity that's not great.
If what was done wasn't bad, one would think the IDF wouldn't lie about it (referring to 2009).
The use of WP for smoke is the only way Israel uses it AFAIK, so they are not using it indiscriminately on civies as Palestinian friendly sources like to claim.

If Israel was actually willing to perform a tenth of the war crimes they're accused of there wouldn't be any Palestinians left. Some people must live in a very special world, where Israel has no respect for international law, is actively practicing genocide, and will use all manner of evil and nefarious tactics and weapons, yet somehow the number of Palestinians is growing every year, and these critics somehow can't see what's wrong with that equation.
