Biden admits election was stolen?

Folks, look, we’ll codify Roe v. Wade. (Applause.) We’ll ban — we’ll ban assault weapons. (Applause.) We’ll protect Social Security and Medicare. (Applause.) We’ll pass universal pre-K. (Applause.) We’ll restore the Childcare Tax Credit. (Applause.) We’ll protect voting rights. We’ll pass election reform and make no — make sure no one — no one — ever has the opportunity to steal an election again. (Applause.)

I think that he meant that Trump had an opportunity to try stealing an election but that his subordinates such as Mike Pence and the GOP SCOTUS picks refused to cooperate with Trump's plan in regards to this, thus ensuring that it would fail.

Maybe that is what he meant to say, but read this again:
ever has the opportunity to steal an election again

Not "attempt to steal an election", but "steal an election".

Freudian slip much?

Except in dimentia patients...you tend to get the unvarnished truth NOT an, "Oops, that's not what I meant."

Just like Bush when he said this in 2000?

“When I was coming up, it was a dangerous world, and you knew exactly who they were. It was us versus them, and it was clear who them was. Today, we are not so sure who the they are, but we know they're there.”

How true. Except even when he was growing up, we'd already been infiltrated and didn't know who they were at that time.

Lol, like hell you do? You get random gibberish, confusion of people, places and time, words used incorrectly but consistently for a time, and all sorts. Yes, sometimes you get unfiltered bluntness but to say you "tend" to get that is a ridiculous oversimplification.

Plus, you don't even need dementia to explain a simple slip like that. Pretty much anyone ever, politician, media personality or random off the street, speaking in front of a camera has misspoken in some way unless they're reading directly off a teleprompter. Sometimes even then.
