Look, everyone hates Alabama for the same reason that people hated the Patriots while Brady was there: they're almost always getting into the final championship game, which makes the games increasingly boring as time goes on.

Clemson is getting there too, thanks to Dabo Sweeney.

Texas ended up going 3nOut almost every drive in the 2nd Half. They rallied to tie it w/1:30 left. OU then drove the field. With 10 seconds left, on the UT 32 yard line, OU does a draw play to position the ball for a field goal...only to have the running back run it all the way in for a TD! Game over.

Still angry at how my Longhorns lost 😤

Yeah, I know.

If nothing strange happens in the conference or semi-final, Clemson making it to the title game is pretty expected at this point. I just won't be interested in the outcome barring an unusual matchup that makes me want to watch the game.

Conference championship predictions for 2022 College Football Season:
Big 10: OH St
Big 12: OU: Can Brent Venables pick up where Lincoln Riley left off ?
AAC: Cincinnati: unless they take a nosedive
ACC: Clemson: Pittsburgh put all of their eggs to the table in 2021 when the Panther came out of nowhere to win the 2021 ACC Championship.
SEC: Georgia or Alabama
Mountain West: UT St or San Diego St
Pac-12: Can Utah pull it off again winning back-to-back Pac-12 championships ?

Any thoughts on the Pac-12 & SEC getting rid of divisions for their respective conference championship games ?

Big question is whether ACC, AAC, Big 10 & Mountain West will follow suit ?

Rice leaving C-USA and joining the AAC in 2023.
