You can't just kick the president out, but sufficient pressure could push them to begin impeachment on those grounds.

However I don't think such pressure is possible, even if fraud is proven beyond a doubt there's going to be a sizeable portion of the population that believes fraud was justified as long as it kept Trump out of office. Things are too polarized and too many people will throw out their principles to keep their party in power on both sides.

At any rate, successfully impeaching Biden would just make Kamala Harris president. If they then impeached Harris on the same grounds of election fraud, we'd get president Nancy Pelosi. So it's not exactly a winning plan for the Republicans in any case. Rather than impeachment, the goal if they do prove fraud should be to tighten up election standards and prevent any further fraud.

Americans are a warm and friendly people. As long as their bellies are full and they have money in their pockets. Take away their jobs by shipping them overseas. Devalue their lifesavings by printing money. Show direct double standard in how the rich elite are treated and the common man. Keep Covid restrictions in place even after mass vaccinations. And drive up the price of everything they need to survive via inflation. That same nice friendly and warm people will become as mean and as violent as the most Blood Thirsty Santee Warrior of the Yemesse War. Look around dude you can see it happening.

Yeah. If the fraud is proven, the only real way out of this is at the ballot boxes, and that proof will cause a nationwide sweep of laws to secure the elections.

I really don't think this is something they can pull off twice if we get definitive proof.

Plus the few democrat holdouts in the Senate will absolutely not allow illegitimate presidents to push through anything too crazy.

This will lead to an ugly few years ahead of us, but there is a non civil war way out, and impeachment isn't it.

The issue is whether or not anyone will be allowed to present that definitive proof; if the courts continue to block cases regarding the election from going forward, the Democrats will be able to maintain their image of plausible deniability for the ignorant masses.

I don't disagree at all.

Millions of people will fall into this trap.

I think it'll redpill a lot of people too, though. IF they get the proof, we are looking at a "red wave" the likes of which we have never seen.

And lots of those votes will still be won by slim margins because of the people who will vote blue no matter who.

In Poland our leftist /in fact german party/ made fraud in municipial 2014 elections,and win.Result? during 2015,more important elections they could not made any bigger fraud,and lost.

Voter ID laws aren't meant to prevent voter fraud. They're meant to make it harder for someone eligible to vote to actually vote.

My state had a PSA saying 19 checks were done before you could vote. This was the background music:

So its reasonable to ask people for ID before they buy alcohal, its reasonable for people to have id before they are allowed to drive, its reasonable to ask people for ID to open up a bank account, its reasonable to ask for ID before your allowed to buy a gun, but voting votings where you draw the line.....
