State courts don't have the authority to grant the relief being petitioned for in the first place. A lot of the demands being shut down are simply that, not any ruling on the merits, up *or* down. Likewise, a lot of the things being lauded as wins for Trump are really only routine preliminary rulings. None of these cases have gotten into the meat of things yet, and that's not actually due to corruption or bias as far as I see; it's simply that court proceedings are a slow mechanism. Emergency orders are the only thing that happen quickly (emergency orders literally exist *because* the courts are slow), and that's also why they err on the side of freezing things and preserving evidence.

Likewise, Governor Kemp refusing to intervene as directly as Trump wants him to. He simply does not have the authority to do so.
Really is comes to the state legislature. Which each GOV can call special elections

They need a leader. and should Trump lose, he may become that leader

You do remember it was said before that they won’t let another Trump pop up ever again?

I think many potential leaders will be at risk of being removed from play before they can do anything remotely meaningful or gain much attention

Both governments and corporations will work together to prevent another Trump or much resistance from arising, hell even people who do good and are against their policies maybe counted as a risk due to whatever they may symbolize

What I am saying is not to rise in that area of power....

Considering that the Left seems content to ignore the law when they find it convenient and that they usually get away with it I have little faith in the law.

Of course back then most people still grew their own food. If anything were to seriously disrupt the national distribution system and electrical grid then we would have mass starvation within a couple of weeks. Most big cities have less than a week's supplies in reserve.

In a civil war it wouldn't be bullets or tanks that would be the real killer. The real death tolls would come from hunger and disease.
That and diseases was still true during ACW1

He said ''if she wasn't his daughter he would be dating her'' while a touch crude it's miles better than handsy senile granpa. It doesnt matter what i say, you're mind is made up regardless so why bother? I'm not chasing your goal posts and doing epic battle with straw men. The people here can reconize the same disingenuious shit that you and the sb troll brigade engaged in on that site and the reason why you followed to this site. Oh and apparently the legal situation has changed as HERE COMES TEXAS WITH THE CHAIR!!!!

The legal process is the peaceful option. The entire reason we have a legal code, legal institutions, and law enforcement, is to make it so that naked force is not the standard method for resolving conflicts.

Also, a civil war is extremely unlikely to kill off 'most of the population.' That didn't happen in the 1860s, and it's very unlikely to happen now, for a wide variety of reasons.

The nature of a potential civil civil war would be bloodier and far more destructive both absolutely and proportionately.

I don’t think most people will fight, especially in the cities, they’ll submit to peer pressure

Lefties are good at that along with smug gaslighting

Not helped by the threat of police coming and giving out fines and maybe taking their children away

Most don't have to fight to make it horrific it doesnt even have to be a high percentage. Especially if they know what they're doing.

I think it will look like a combination of the Lebanese civil war and the congo war. Picture a madhouse of snipings, massacres and bombings. It will be punctuated by short periods of intense fighting between the militias and gangs of the various factions as each side carves out territories and tries to link up with allies.

Imagine 20 million refugees fleeing into canada, and another 20 million into mexico.

Users are reminded of Rule 0, and that advocating armed insurrection against the United States Government will get you a (possibly permanent) vacation from the forum. If you want more academic discussion of a civil war breaking out, this is not the thread to do so.

You guys are hillarious, The case you guy's were mega-hyping about how once it got to SCOTUS it would overturn the results of everything got dismissed without dissent even from your pet hack judges. Now you're claiming a different lawsuit writted by a state AG under investigation by the FBI and desperate for a pardon will overturn the results, despite the fact that electors meet on the 14th to vote meaning the results will be impossible to change after then.

If they actually wanted to change the results of the election, they would have done it far earlier.

Take a loss, people.
