I think this qualifies,

Someone abusing their connection with the police to attack a business owner...because their batmobile was delayed due to non-payment. All those involves need to go to go to jail.

If I'm seeing that right the guy who caused it basisically bribed Califorinia law enforcement to cross multiple state lines and Indiana law enforcment did what they're supposed to do: say no to any warrant which wasn't issued or confirmed by an Indiana State or Federal official. That there wasn't an exchange of gunfire is somewhat amazing since Hoosiers don't need a licence to walk around with weapons Californians would have to proove they have a legitimate need for just to posess.

Could the victim sue the guy that bribed law enforcement?
They can, but it won't be successful. A guy complained to cops about something stupid, and was friendly with them. They'd have a hell of a time proving that something illegal happened. Now if the guy was stupid, he might have fucked up and lied about stuff, but if he just thought it was criminal when it was a civil case, it's quite simply not his job to know that.

Honestly the biggest mistake he did was not call local police.

When in doubt, let the local cops deal with it. They have a better idea of who is supposed to be there than you do. Fuck. The county sheriff might be on first name basis with one of the local homeless people and get worried when he just suddenly up and vanishes for several days or weeks.

In this case I am totally on the side of the local police.

The ATF agent wasn't in a clear uniform, had a history of abusing his power, didn't follow commands and I honestly think the ATF in general is a violation of our second amendment rights and should not exist period.

Plus the ATF agent was a massively entitled dick the entire time.

If it wasn't for him being so disrespectful, I doubt they would have tazed him. You do not act like that when you cross over into another group's territory; not if you don't want them to make an example of you.

ATF = Alcohol (21st amendment) Tobacco and Firearms (2nd amendment).
All 3 things they persecute are legal. 2 of which constitutionally protected.
The ATF should be dissolved. and persecuted for their crimes

The 225lbs weight min in that letter? I weigh in at around 5'11", 190lbs and could be called "tall and skinny" for an American - especially for a bit of a flabby one in his mid 40s - because:

5'9", 200lbs for a guy and 5'3.5", 171lbs for a gal is average.

We Americans are, to paraphrase Shakespeare, "round, like a globe"

Comedy of Errors said:

DROMIO OF SYRACUSE: No longer from head to foot than from hip to hip: she is spherical, like a globe; I could find out countries in her.
