Russia's planned constellation of over 260 satellites named Sfera (Sphere) meant for communications, internet access and earth observation was originally named Ehfer (Ether) but President Vladimir Putin mistakingly announced its existence under a different name on Russian media and thus... that is the name it was given.

The three astronauts including the first civilian astronaut finished their 154 day visit to the Tiangong Space Station and apparently emerged without serious injury despite the interesting quirks with the landing in Inner Mongolia including the rolling capsule and a hole developing in the parachute.

"Pending regulatory approval" mean no, it's not launching then. It means they can technically have everything ready to go, but still need final approval from the FAA. Although saying "final" may mean they have a preliminary, and are just waiting for the final official permission.
