What If? Godzilla What if.

Kind of a crossover concept.

But lets say Monarch got ahold of a Jaeger from Pacific Rim. The how they got it isn't important, only that they get it. But while suitably impressed with the technology and seeing its potential, they know it just wont stand up to a fight against a Titan. So they take the time to reverse engineer it and improve upon it. Just in case they may ever need it.

The question is, will this cause Godzilla to go onto the warpath the same way MechaGodzilla did? Or was there just something about MechaGodzilla that spefically drove Godzilla into a rage?




Question two. Would the Jaegers from Pacific Rim 1 or 2 be at any way effective against any of the Titans? Or are they going to need some serious work to be at all effective?

Hmmm I don't think Godzilla would be able to sense a Jaeger to be honest. I think it has something to do with being a Kaiju that attracted Godzilla to all of the rivals and more importantly, how they were using the Ghidorah skulls to controls MechaGodzilla and that got Godzilla all hot and bothered.

I couldn't see Godzilla being triggered by a giant mech suit being built without his knowledge because he'd have no way of sensing it. If he saw the thing though he'd probably want to establish dominance of course, I feel that would be almost a certain outcome.

I honestly have a feeling that this is going to end up with some good old fashioned Godzilla movie wrestling. With the two tag teaming opponents.

edit: Maybe even have Godzilla boxing like the good old days
