Schools give IDs so that way someone can't claim to be a student without evidence.
And schools when you are on thier property can ask for your ID. If you aent with someone that goes there or people report about you and stuff. Especially going inside school buildings and the like.

Most schools require some evidence you go there and also a DL

Again, why? Teachers have limited control over their curriculum; firing them on a large scale will achieve absolutely nothing because you've left the system that promotes, enables and enforces this in place. Dividing your efforts will just ensure you fail in achieving the most important one.

Not a large scale but there are some absolutely horrible teachers who should have been fired a long time ago.

New york still has a room where the absolute worse just spend their day waisting time collecting a paycheck because they cant be fired.
