If Russia lost its war in Ukraine, experienced a revolution, & later joined NATO while China conquered Outer Manchuria, how would a China-NATO war go?

Not possible.Entire kgbstan elite is against NATO,and there is no other people interested in united Russia.
You could have few independent states, like Kazan, but why should they fight for Siberia?
If new states join NATO, they would not recreate Russia.
