Why do you assume that the rate will stay constant? It could get worse it could get better. Are you saying after a nuclear war for example that there would not be a baby boom?
Well they need to be if they want to maintain both their nation's global relevance as well as having their nation actually be for their people and not foreigners.

No this is stupid Nazi conspiracy shit. The reason the big bankers and government types bring in immigrants is simple capitalism. The businessman needs constant growth, and preferably cheap labor. Indigenous white europeans are having less kids so the big bussiness lobbies to bring in immigrants because they need more workers. That the workers are willing to work for cheaper than locals is great for them. The nations leaders look at gdp and see that the bussiness are necessary so they want to bring in more people to increase that gdp even if the foreigners might be on wellfare or commit crimes. They don't care they live in gated communities, to them it's a you problem. And then of course there are the useful idiots the liberals and sjw's who think that whites are evil because of colonialism and brown people are peaceful. So yeah no you DO need to see why Europeans aren't breeding more if you want to make things better. It's either that or get rid of capitalism. But I can assure you communism will have other problems, like terrible poverty and your nation decaying just look at Russia and eastern Europe. No there are two options you either weather the demographic storm of your nations population getting smaller but at least your nation is homogenous, or you find the magic bullet that gives you a high birth rate without being poor. You might not like it, I think it's probably something like getting rid of women's rights.
