They'd need an Anglo-Russo-American coalition to go down, as in WWII. France won't be capable of fighting them due to its loss of Briey and Longwy as a result of its WWI defeat in this TL.
Indeed,and they would still manage that.Look at prussian history - they go for conqest from Frederic the thief.And,with sole example of Bismarck,never knew when to stop.
So,they would start next war with good plan and without plan B,and lost it.
