A messaging app. Pretty popular in India right up ther with Whatsapp. Increasingly so following that whole Whatsapp update message that said people had to consent to having their private information recorded to keep using the thing.

I use Telegram, it's fine as an app. But, yeah, sounds like anything not controlled by the major tech companies is dangerous to them. I wonder why?
