SCOTUS Getting Shade Over Roe v Wade

Biden administration is going to try and use EMTALA to state that hospitals must provide abortion services.

Icould potentially buy it for emergency and life-threatening cases but not for elective cases
The DOJ is suing Idaho specifically, but the Idaho law already has a clause allowing doctors to perform an abortion after "good faith judgement" that it's necessary to save the life of the mother. The DOJ says it should be allowed if the "woman's health is in jeopardy", a much more nebulous standard. A bad bout of morning sickness puts a woman's health "in jeopardy", but that's not a just reason to kill the baby.

"Since the Supreme Court's misguided decision put saved the lives of millions of Americans—our fellow Americans—at risk, and stripped away ensured freedom and autonomy for the most vulnerable, we've all had to take action and throw a tantrum."

There ya' go dumbass. FTFY.

it isn't like the supreme court can really enforce anything. it isn't like he has to worry about impeachment or something.
At this point, that's a win-win scenario for the Left. THEY won't be the ones to have gotten rid of Bide, AND they'll get to blame it all on the Right and Trump. Perfect excuse to cram a boat load more judges onto SCOTUS.
