South Africa Protests and Riots in Response to Zuma in Jail and Covid and the Economy and so on...

I don't have the full story myself. It depends on what part of the country we are talking about.
But yes, there are riots, and marching, and looting. Always when blacks protest about something, some of them see it as a chance to grab some free loot.

From what I understand, yes, it's Zuma supporters going apeshit over him finally being sent to jail.
I think there's a background level of frustration about a lot of other things though. The prolonged lockdown and the harm to human well-being it's caused as an obvious context.

As people can see... this is getting racial. Zulus vs the other tribes, and blacks vs other races.

In part, because shops and businesses in this country tend to be owned and run by Whites, or Chinese, or Indians, or often Africans from outside of South Africa.

I bought a nice leather wallet once from a street-trader who said he was from Ghana. Nowadays such people tend to be a lot more reticent about where they're from. For good reason.

“Flood your nation with Chinese PMCs using this one trick…”

Man passive-aggressively calls for race war. It won’t be long now.
“Our people didn’t not kill or beat up anyone” nice freudian slip.

War has no rules? That’s news to me.
Saying there’s no rules in war is such an ignorant horrible Pandora’s box to open. That’s what blows my mind about some of these people they think that the end justifies the means and start the race to the bottom they’ll just keep escalating the situation.
