Both they and the schools administrators will be dismissed and barred from education for life. No public service unions of any kind at any level of government will be allowed. Attempting to form one results in automatically and permanently being barred from government jobs. Also no unions are allowed to establish closed shops in any industry or require mandatory participation by any employee for any reason. Entering or attempting to enter the US legally results in you and your immediate family being permanently banned.
