As as Abhorsen said the process of jury selection is being followed to the letter. There would be no legal grounds for an appeal.

Someone who is in a victory parade for Biden, can not by any reasonable measure be interpreted as an appropriate member of a Jury when Trump is on trial.
Um, I didn't say that. If this was fair at all, it should at least move locales.
All I said is that having as few free dismissals as possible is good for Trump, not the prosecution, if they get the same number.

I don’t care if he was for or against Trump, it’s still a bad way to go. And the worst part is that the people who his message could have made the most impact on will just dismiss him as a loon now, if they wouldn’t have in the first place. Assuming they even hear about him.
