I've seen facepalm likes used quite aggressively as a way to say that what the poster had said was stupid. That's a dangerous way to head. Vomit likes would be safer, since they are as emotionally strong as the hate like we have now, which pretty much no one abuses.

I second this, a 'facepalm' will just become "I don't like this!". Vomit is much less likely to be used in such a way.

Can you make them bigger, or kinda sickly-looking?

Same as with the face-palm one. Any negative one should be so negative that it dissuades casual use.
