Operation Unthinkable probably goes down so WW2 will stretch into 50 or 51 most likley.
50-51 isnt at all likely, the Soviets were running on fumes at the end of WW2 their manpower was dry, their Atomic program wasnt happening if a war broke out and their logistic chain was reliant on three railways in Eastern Europe.
That's not even counting that the USSR would be completely cut off from the global economy even in China as ROC would probably side with the Americans for aid in crushing Mao.

It'd be a different world ... for starters RR would not cuddle Stalin as FDR did. What he'd do with the US economy - I've no idea. Jim Crow Laws (which FDR did fuck all about) - would he turn a blind eye to them? I imagine no attempt to "expand" the SCOTUS with Democrat toadies. Would there be a theft of privately held gold like that done by FDR? I'd expect the Great Depression to end sooner. The list of possible changes is endless.
But let us look at one thing - before WWII, well, well before WWII, there was a wee thing called the Panay Incident. In OTL FDR supressed footage of Japanese airplanes attacking an US warship to lessen public outrage.

Then he would not steal gold,and end depression quicker. Purge most soviet agents.Start developing army,air force and fleet.
Still not enough to prevent war in Europe,but it would end quickly.

Considering,that USA gave Wladivostok and Siberia to soviets in 1923 on condition,that they would not be annexed,he could retake it,too.

I agree that the big depression in the US ends faster.
Communist spies are caught and hanged.
However, a strike at the Soviet Far East is la-la land - besides various other considerations, getting there requires passing through Japanese waters.
Also, military expansion and/or the A-Bomb will not happen at RR snapping his fingers as that requires Congress to vote the money. I see slim chances of that ...
Nevertheless what will not happen is 2nd LNT and thus fleet renewal begins slightly earlier, with no money wasted on rebuilding the WWI era rustbuckets. Also - more carriers.
However, like I've mentioned, the USA might go to war and unlock military spending in December 1937.

Mostly True.But he still could end war with A bombs in 1942-43,and take Siberia shortly after that.

This isn’t just him not fulfilling promises,this him changing his politics to a relatively radical degree. Going from a firm economic leftist to a firm economic rightist is not something that happens often.

Oh, there will be screams from parts of the DMC establishment/base, but RR will throw them some bones. He was a quite slick political operator ...
I can see some OTL make-work projects being implemented, but not all. Maybe highways 15 years earlier?

Wasn't Ronald Regan friends with Gorbachov? And he visited President Li Xiannian of China in a big historic event. I don't really think he was as anti-communism as most people think. He was pro-capitalism, but he seemed fine coexisting with USSR and CCCP. So long as they didn't have the advantage on the world stage over him.
So I doubt he would have engaged in operation unthinkable.
That being said, I'm a strange person, so the first answer to the question that popped into my head was "FDR/Regan immediately has some sort of anyrusim/stroke because his brain isn't formatted correctly, dies, and we get president Wallace, which kinda sucks balls because Wallace was a bit of a limp noodle from what I remember of history"
