How would this effect world history? How would the apperance of millions of people affect Rome?

There would be a combination of panic and chaos amongst the US Armed Forces
And if they don’t go into panic mod
They will be wary of possibly getting diseases from the locals
They will find they may not even have enough food or resources to last
They will gradually dwindle in number but attempt to maybe recruit or teach some locals things like medicine
Guys who speak Latin or other foreign languages may still have problems communicating due to how much languages change over time

The dwindling army of marines have to constantly try and experiment with whatever foods may work for their bodies, get better local transport(I guess War Elephants will be a thing), make use of primitive weaponry and teach and recruit locals
Spear Formations were what they taught the local aliens and made it so that they defeated a massive barbarian horde that was menacing their populations for generations

If they do not get factories with workers,too - Rome would become superpower after taking their technology.Rifle without ammo is poor mace.

The Romans might devolve into a Civil War or two though, rival senators try getting the Americans on their sides
That said, the Americans may get creeped out by all the casual slavery, the constant things like you’re childhood friend is now your stepmom or this girl who is young enough to be your younger sister is your stepmom and all the pedarastry would creep them all the fuck out if they didn’t end up engaging in said depravities

Well world conquest and liberal democracy happens across the globe. All to the toon of "America Fuck Yeah" what did you think happens? Tour taking a bunch of Iron Age people and putting them against. The most powerful military force in history which outnumbers them and massively outeches them. So Pax Americana indefinitely hell just a couple of battalions of Marines could do this.

They will still have to ration or conserve and do whatever they can to increase resources and supply
Do they have things like say 3D Printers and Combat Engineers?
That will take maybe one or two generations though, mostly two establish bases and communication
And actually getting locals to really agree to stuff

10 years? With the whole US military well theyve got enough knowledge to begin industry easily. Many of these dudes are going to come from mlm dern farms so there y otto ur agriculture. The Carriers and such have machine shops plus the computers and their information. So within 10 years theyd have a substantial amount of industry going on. Not to modern levels but say 1850ish yeah totally doable. The US military has alot more then just combat troops. Your bringing back the Corp of Engineers,DARPA, and Amirad among other things. With 10 years of supply they could and will very easily reach ACW level tech within the decade .

No it wont it'll take like 5 years the ancients willndobwhat they're told out of fear and awe.(imagine some Roman getting buzzed by an F18) With the whole military you've got massive amounts of engineers,scientists, and doctors. Industrialization wont take long at all plus due to modern maps. They already know where any and all mineral deposits are.

This would be more interesting if another modern nation Military, say China, was also ISOT at the same time to a different continent to provide a counterweight. As is this just makes the US military set up the United States of Earth within a couple decades. They'll have to tech up quite a bit along the way but with ten years of supply they have ample time to get their tech base in order. Likely not quite to modern day but possibly 1900s-1950s within that period.

Damn that's alot of people in Italy but ok. I wouldn't imagine that theyd want to fight immediately. So I'd imagine that the Joint chiefs and their Chinese equivalent. Will make a deal to split Eurasia with the Chinese heading East to take their home. Whole the US would set up in Italy being culturally closer to them. The first 50-100 years would be consolidation and industrialization after that. You probably end up with at least a cold war between the two. Whether it goes hot or not will likely depend on whether the two have brought or built.
They conqered Roman Empire in half of year,and made factories for rest of the time.When supplie end,they would be with 1900 level technology.Still perfectly capable of conqering rest of the world.
