An insane mass-murderer. Guess it fits.

How is he even a socialist? He just robs money. Sure he pays his goons but by that logic every crime-family are socialists.
These are leftists we're talking about. Logic has nothing to do with it. They consistently identify with monsters, or will just decide they like something and will change it to make it their own. Kind of like they will make characters gay or whatever.

I mean it seems pretty Socialist. He's robbing from the rich instead of taking bribes from them as a starting point.

But according to the interview he's redistributing the money and furthermore will make the 1% pay for expanded education, universal health care, and access to free mental health services and stated that the money was "ours" in a collective sense.

I've seen the future...

Haha, more woketastic news on the upcoming d&d movie.

Wonder what they'll blame when it fails?

Could be just me, but...

When you really engage in an RP, like Dungeons and Dragons or it's subsets like Forgotten Realms, or Vampire The Masquerade, or Twilight 2000, Dark Conspiracy, Shadowrun, etc. (yes, did quite a bit of RP back when I was more of a brat), it's really about telling a story via "theater of the mind". You have a blast making your own tale with friends, and you have fond memories for a lifetime. When you try to do that again with Hollywood live action or animation though....then it gets different. :( It's just not the same IMO, it doesn't always translate very well to the screen. The director has one vision, the producer has another vision, there's issues with the stars and the costumes and the props and the budget and on and on. For all the crap that Kevin Smith is guilty of, he did have a point when saying that "when you see how the sausage is made up close, how the wizard does his tricks, the magic tends to be lost."

Sadly, I don't think there's any magic here.
