I think something like
Primordial Gods: Your sky, water, sun, moon, etc. These are the foundation for things
More Human Gods: Love, AnCapism, etc. Things that are on a more human level.
THEN Post-War.

Regardless, the Shadowed Dancer is definitively the youngest and arguably the weakest of the gods. One of the reasons the Dancer is so widely accepted amongst the rest is that the Dancer is almost certainly *not* a threat to any of them, except perhaps to their pride if they annoy the Dancer into writing a satirical song about them. In direct confrontation, unless the 'rules' of the confrontation are written in a way that mortal style dueling becomes a factor, the Dancer will *always* lose.
@FriedCFour Forgot the mention, but I am thinking that one of my cities, on the island close to Novo Yoro would be named for your god, and would essentially be one of the hybrid cultural regions in my nation.

Also I might have missed the response but I asked if Avatars and souls can go to the Hall of Gods, since Koy doesn't leave home it seems like the best way for him to communicate in godly events.

More of a Yuppie really. My point is that so far there are exactly two gods post wars, one who died during it and The Dancer. That's not a great division of age.
