ZEDE - special zones in Honduras. Roatan Prospera

So, the Roatan Prospera special zone recently started to promote ifself; that's pretty fascinating given that supporters of the market-based reforms tried to do something like that for years.

What's especially interesting is the fact that the land registry is managed separately from usual Honduran/Central American mess, and the common law arbitration is adopted by default.

Erick Brimen was unfortunate enough to once live in Venezuela and now heavily promotes special zones as a market-based way forward for the Latin America: Prosperity Hubs: A Solution to the Migration Crisis
