Yeah, current image AI generators don't really have the understanding of what makes sense, only that certain elements statistically occur with something. That's why you also don't get gun turrets or missile tubes as the generators simply can't wrap their heads around those in concert with other concepts (like "starship").The first one is obviously a Star Destroyer.
The second one is actually pretty interesting. There's a lot of details that don't make sense, but the wraparound bridge and the shape of the hull is very very nice.
If you cleaned that up, you could have a kick-ass cover for a science fiction novel.
