Suggestions Embed for Truth Social

I was going to add some Truth Social comments to a thread and discovered our Media Embed doesn't work for that platform. As it's where Trump posts his messages, and his comments are relevant to a great many political threads, I think that would be beneficial for the forum.

Unfortunately there isn't a plug-in yet for that or I'd get it added
