If it was only applied at school zones, I wouldn't care much, but you know those local government provisions are going to be used to apply it everywhere so they can scrap some more traffic ticket money from the citizens.

100% strongly agree with you because I had to change the time of my watch on Sunday morning. The constant changing of the Daylight Savings Time, etc., is getting real annoying.Should just keep it on Standard Time.
