At least from US service...
The Marine Corps adopted the FA-18C way back in 1987 and served with the Corps for the next 34 years. Many will be replaced with the upcoming F-35B JSF.
The US Navy had already retired all of its FA-18C's awhile ago in 2018, replacing them with later model Super Hornets or the F-35C.
The last FA-18C's were built in 2000 and actually assembled in Finland for service with the Finnish Air Force.
Finland, Kuwait and Switzerland still operate this variant of the Hornet however.
