I don't know which is more disturbing: The fact I recognize a decent number of the faces here, or the fact there's even more who I haven't seen before.
As far as rankings are concerned, I think it's a bit weird how Hitler's in Column 95 while Mugabe's in Column 100. If anything, I think they should switch, as — while Mugabe was certainly a monster — Hitler pioneered the whole "Industrialized genocide of undesirables!" practice and came much closer to turning Europe into a continent-spanning mausoleum. Otherwise, Stalin, Mao, and (most of all) Pol Pot — as well as their monstrous subordinates — are more or less where they should be, though I shudder to think how bad the serial killers in their league would've been, had they had their kind of political power.
