Oh, lovely. They've sent me a mo-ron.
Know anyone who donated? Their money's being used on drinking champagne and buying mansions.

Aren't IRS glowies armed with full-auto rifles? Or is that the NASA?Let me guess: Grand Rapids, MI on the verge of an ugly racially-charged riot ?
I was referring to the news coverage of protests in Grand Rapids.Aren't IRS glowies armed with full-auto rifles? Or is that the NASA?
People were complaining because United Way’s CEO took in 1.3 million a year? People are idiots. I’m looking into opening my own practice in a few months. The tax laws for just paying myself (not any employees) and everything else is headache inducing. I’m just going to sub contract it out along with other stuff. That 1.3 million is well earned. BLM should have sub contracted it out to some accounting firms but they’re to stupid to have strong leadership to make those calls. As I understand it, they're not in legal trouble yet. They have to get thier tax exemption paperwork for the latter half of 2020 filed by late May, which should have all their spending and activity during the protests recorded. After that things get dicy. It's not illegal to run a charity and pay yourself a salary, running a charity is still a lot of hard work and demands a lot time and energy. There's probably a limit of some kind, but I have no idea what it might be.
However, while it's not illegal to pay yourself a lavish salary as a charity, it's possibly unethical and definitely bad for PR. United Way had an issue like that back in 2008, and that was for paying thier CEO a mere 1.2 million dollars a year in salary. BLM appears to be in a league of it's own when it comes to leadership pay, and this is on top of the fact that unlike BLM, united way paid it's CEO a lot of money to actually do something, while BLM's biggest success is getting rid of Aunt Jemima. It's very possibly that BLM will be effectively destroyed as an organization, even if no one faces any legal problems.
So this iconic picture was taken when some... uhhhhh... individual?... tried to fight a police officer during a mostly peaceful Black Lives Matter Protest in a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
I swear a picture like this just begs to be captioned into memery.
