Yeah condensing those three bridges to one is going to be an absolute nightmare.

You're right, it's not a matter of distance that will cause delays, but just the roads having more traffic than they can reliably move.

Not really familiar with it but it basically seems to be a demand for federal funds to replace bridge against a instate funding and car tax or toll plan?
