It depends on the law, it's actually more disgusting to put in many laws that are unneeded that will cause people to break them. Honestly we should stop respecting the law just because it is "the law". Conservatives have been losing because we defend everything and we always want "status Quo" don't get me wrong, if a leftist breaks the law slam them on it. However if someone on our side breaks a minor law, then fuck the law. It's still disgusting seeing someone who's job it is to help enforce the law willfully break it.
Obama didn't need nearly as much coverage as Joe Because he at least attempted to be discreet. That and the media covering for him much more then Joe does.
Obama also at least understood to fire fallguys whenever a scandal broke. Offering up political scapegoats at least provides the illusion of playing the game.Obama didn't need nearly as much coverage as Joe Because he at least attempted to be discreet.
The media has has to run damage control about major scandals since day one.
Truly Obama was right to warn people to never underestimate Bidens ability to fuck things up.

Pretty much we should strive to have as few laws as possible and make it so that the common man can understand all of them(There might be some exceptions for highly technical things in engineering or finance where normal people don't have to know all the intricacies, but every person who works in that field should know it. Basically if someone can accidently violate the law then the law should be done away with or changed.)I think his position makes sense. The people who push to make a minefield of laws should be hoist by their own petard, while the honest people who just want to be left alone should be left alone as long as they aren't hurting anyone.

These IDIOTS.
I'm waiting for the supreme court to reply that they need a constitutional amendment to do shit. These IDIOTS.
So the CCP hacked our Ambassador to China, and other top level officials; at this point I expect the CCP have effective hooks/views in anything not air gapped, and probably a bunch that is, given the amount of interactions high level DC officials are likely to have with that ambassador.
I means the CCP have access to diplomatically sensitive material, and it sounds like the infiltration via email has gone farther than just this ambassador, all the way into the top levels of the State Dept.So a government email.
Cool, that doesn't actually mean anything... you know that right?
That would mean more if ji hadn't killed any one with a brain and hadn't centralized all power into himself. As is the entire country has issues operating because of that.I means the CCP have access to diplomatically sensitive material, and it sounds like the infiltration via email has gone farther than just this ambassador, all the way into the top levels of the State Dept.
And if the State Dept got hacked by this, for who knows how long, then the possibility they pushed out farther than just the State Dept has to be considered, and with the US track record of protecting ourselves from the CCP, expecting the CCP to have anything in the US gov that isn't air gapped or only on paper is hardly unreasonable.
So while they may not have some of the super secret sauce, like the launch codes and shit for the nuclear triad missions, they probably have enough to help them engage in non-kinetic attacks,or just more accurate/skilled influence ops, on the US populace and economy.
Yeah, but the fact is Xi is more than happy to keep intelligent people around at the lower levels, where they keep shit running, like their cyberwar stuff; Xi does not like intelligent people with political ambitions or their own following separate from him. That would mean more if ji hadn't killed any one with a brain and hadn't centralized all power into himself. There is a difference between Ziehan level 'strategic collapse' musings of decade+ out, versus claiming the CCP cyberwar infrastructure/command is not able to seeming routinely harass and compromise US persons/groups/infrastructure.You very much over estimate china. They have their own crippling issues that are coming to the surface
