UK isn't using any right now, but one could notice that BAE Systems owns Bofors now, so which could potentially offer one of its anti aircraft guns of 25mm, 40mm or 57mm caliber that are long used in mostly naval but sometimes also ground based air defense (including the very common towed Bofors 40L70mm) that could be adapted to any platform convenient for Ukraine. Or just stick with the towed version - cheap, old but still modernized by manufacturer and still popular with countries that are low on budget and\or support infrastructure, so it fits the bill for Ukraine.
