Well you are free to post the relevant passages were it's established the Cabal were lying in their intentions/ were wrong. The Cabal made things worse and the Space Elves killed them off.
Refresh my memory, wasn't a large portion of Stardleet's upper ranks basically taken over by some bug-like parasites in one TNG episode?
Yes, nor is that the only parasitical parasite the Federation encountered and defeated. And the example in question was far more insidious in its infiltration than run of the mill Cultists. And it demonstrates the strength of the Federation. That when leaders started being corrupted rather than blindly following them Starfleet captains immediately started trying to uncover what was wrong. Granted everyone but Captain Picard got red shirted because TV Show but the point remains.
And then there is the problem of the Founders infiltrating them during the Dominion War.
Yes. And Changelings make Genestealers and Cultists look like child's play in terms of infiltration.
You were the one who made the positive claim regarding where they got their technology. Was there anything stated to that affect, yes or no?Humm, a remnant of humanity that did not get smashed back to single planet technobarbarian status having advanced technology you say?
They lost to the Imperium and outside of instigating the conflict we have little if any data they played a part in that conflict. And the Imperium winning that conflict no more validates its social order than the USSR managing to be on the winning side in WWII.However, the biggest test to their viability, that being their continued existence in the face of Chaos's machinations, failed, they were all exterminated.

Bit like saying DS9 was left-wing because it conflicted with the idealized super-perfect perception of the Federation.
Oh its very funny since you confused a character who's most famous phrase is "I'm a Doctor not X".Very funny dodge attempt, but my point about outliers and consistent organization-level performance stands and the silly dodge does not work.
As to the rest, Its a little unclear you've proven the Interex are anomalies. Out of the societies we are given any decent amount of coverage on Orks, Tau and Necrons either don't fall to Chaos or do so at far smaller levels than humans do. So at least by the criteria of Chaos resistance all are superior to the Imperium. So we're at 4 groups counting the Interex. Five if you want to classify the Tyranids as a civilization as opposed to one gestalt entity.
Then there is world Sixty-Three-Nineteen which despite having a Chaos tainted Whisperheads and the implication of at least some followers of the Chaos Gods, had seemly had not been meaningfully corrupted despite presumably surviving the six or so thousand years since the end of the DAoT or a significant fraction of the Imperium's current age.
So how many worlds do we really know were destroyed by Chaos corruption, what the exact circumstances were and how many total worlds are there? Only then can we begin to determine what is and isn't a statistical anomaly.
