who wins between these two diffrent special forces groups?

Takes place on a remote island neither know. Both start right off the coast.

As a whole they are composed of 3 commando brigade, which is 8 battalions.

Armoured support group possess no actual armour; and uses mainly the BvS10; which is equipped with a 7.62 GPMG.

Along side that they have several rigid bodied boats suitable for river use.

They are a commando infantry group. Not really comparable to the USMC.

Royal Marines are light infantry rapid response force. USMC is an army with air force.
