One thing to remember is that basically all of Caldron was from other worlds.... or villains. So the entire world was a weapon to them and thus disposable.

I think these are a bit to involved for us, important but too fussy. Single items like the ipod, mobile phone and other such items are where we want to stay. Each requires several developments to pull off, but we can ignore the fiddly bits.
