As far as plans are concerned, here's my perennial wish to write an enormous timeline on Hephaistion and Alexander both living much longer, and Alexander's Empire thus growing even larger and ultimately being inherited by Alexander's adult son. It's called A Thousand Sunlit Years, which suggests how long the Alexandrian legacy will ultimately last. Unfortunately, I haven't had time to work on that for the better part of the last year.
Maybe I should just take the early parts, that only deal wth Alexander's ATL life and conquests, and edit that into a sort of "preview". It would be pretty alien to most readers, though, since I use in-universe vocabulary from the common tongue that's used in vast multi-cultural Empire which has existed for nearly a millennium by the time the "history" is supposedly written. (Daeres did something similar when writing a "Persia conquers Greece" TL on AH.com as you might recall. An absolute masterpiece, by the way -- much recommended.)

I don't have any real timelines like that. You'll be able to find quite a few long posts of mine on AH.com but that's about it. (Interestingly, ancient history is less discussed on this site, it appears.)
