    I didn't notice that, partially since I'm more familiar with her cartoon version. I was more focused on colors I thought would contrast more once the paint dried, and the original blonde hair and blue eyes just weren't working for me.

    That's a solid coat of....Heraldic Red maybe? With some glossy enamel sprayed on top to keep the paint sealed. Reaper makes good paints, and I suck at highlighting. I've found that a decently sculpted model and some gloss coat can make enough contours stand out to fake it a bit. Those 2...

    Maybe some kind of really dark gunmetal could have worked, but those do look like some microscopic greebles to deal with.
