Indeed,England could do that after 1850,maybe France,too But - for what? they probably only take Okinawa,which was nominally independent Kingdom. Tsar would take Hokkaido,and that,probably would be all. other Japan islands are no worth problems with conqering and occuping them.- Word Count: 45
